Integrated and Intelligent Car Services

Tracker’s exemplary reputation as the U.K.’s number one stolen vehicle recovery expert has been built over nearly 30 years of service to the insurance industry, protecting assets and loss ratios with its unique VHF technology and exclusive police relationship.  More recently however, its market-leading driver score algorithms and risk management reporting, which underpin its engaging usage-based and self-install telematics applications, have also proven to reduce insurer and broker loss ratios.

Importantly, Tracker has the means to deliver these services in a cost-effective package, backed by exemplary customer support for its insurer clients.  With its streamlined onboarding process, Tracker is setting up new insurers with a full-service offering, including data analytics, policy management and customer activation in as little as 4 weeks.

Bringing Ultimate Peace of Mind

Mark Rose, managing director for Tracker comments, “In the last 18 months we have made significant strides in developing and deploying our insurance telematics offerings and in turn, strengthening our market-share.  In response to market challenges, we successfully launched our self-installed usage-based insurance solution last year, working with our insurance clients to pass on its benefits to their customers. We also deliver add-value to their customer proposition with our theft management solutions, bringing ultimate peace of mind against loss of assets, whilst also protecting premiums and loss ratios.

“The appointment of Luke not only recognises the importance of our growing portfolio of telematics and connected car services and clients in the insurance arena, but also their role in the future success of the business. We are delighted to welcome Luke to our management team and look forward to benefitting from his insurtech acumen to drive forward our ambitions.”
