Will my Tracker system work in Europe?
Coverage depends on the product installed. Some Tracker products offer full European coverage, while others provide coverage across selected European countries
Does my Tracker system require a subscription?
Yes. An active subscription is required for Tracker services to operate.
How do I renew my Tracker subscription?

What should I do with my Tracker registration document?

My vehicle won't start. Is it related to my Tracker?
In most cases, no. However, specific products with backup battery functionality may be affected if both the vehicle battery and backup battery are depleted.
What happens if my vehicle battery is disconnected?
Depending on the product installed, Tracker may receive an alert and contact you to verify the vehicle's status. Tracker recommends notifying its control room before disconnecting the battery.
How long does the Tracker backup battery last?
Backup batteries typically last several years but will eventually require replacement as part of ongoing maintenance.
What happens if the backup battery needs replacing?
A replacement visit may be required and service charges may apply.
How can I transport my vehicle without triggering Tracker alerts?
If your vehicle is being transported, contact Tracker beforehand so appropriate arrangements can be made to avoid false alerts.
When should my Tracker system be tested?

When will my Tracker system generate an alert?
Alert behaviour varies by product. Some systems include a short arming period, while others generate alerts immediately.
Will I receive alerts while travelling on a ferry or train?
No. Normal movement patterns associated with ferry and rail travel should not trigger alerts.
Can I transfer my Tracker to another vehicle?
No. Tracker devices remain with the vehicle they were originally installed in for security reasons.
What happens when I sell my vehicle?
The Tracker device remains with the vehicle. The new owner may be able to register and subscribe to the Tracker service separately.
Can I transfer ownership of my Tracker service?
Ownership changes can be discussed with Tracker when a vehicle is sold, but the device itself remains with the original vehicle.
