Covid19 is impacting people and businesses in an unprecedented way across the globe. The Tracker policy is to follow guidance from the UK government. This includes, but is not limited to: hygiene policy, isolation advice, best working practice, school closures, key working procedures, NHS medical advice and other directives as issued by the UK government from time to time. Our priority is to protect life and we continue to keep that goal in front of mind in all decisions that we make at this time of medical emergency.
Please note that our services remain broadly unaffected at this time; there should be no disruption to your subscription, mobile app, automatic alerting and stolen vehicle recovery services. It is conceivable that the police may be involved in other priorities, but we are confident that the police can still track and recover stolen vehicles at this time. Installations - if you are waiting to have your tracker installed, we apologise in advance as we expect there to be delays and some last-minute changes to booked jobs; we thank you for your understanding and will be working as hard as possible to return the business to normal service levels.

Staff and Customer Wellbeing
Our primary focus has been the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and partners, therefore, our staff will be working remotely from home where their role permits. Effective 24th March 2020, our field sales staff and our field technicians are no longer permitted to meet customers face to face, these teams will also work remotely from home.
