I had to call up because I had some issues with my account access. Angel was the one who helped me with getting access back to my tracker and account. She was kind and patient, and so helpful! She walked me through all of the steps with such clarity, making sure to check I had followed them correctly too, all the way to the end where she asked me to confirm my tracker location. This meant I didn’t have to call back again because she was so thorough (undoubtedly increasing company efficiency), and all the while displaying the most personable traits, unlike some other customer service operatives in other companies who treat you as if you’re a meaningless statistic. The company is so lucky to have her, they did a fantastic job hiring her, and she’s doing a fantastic job full stop. 10/10 experience (thank you again for all of your help Angel, if you see this!)
