Excellent customer service
I had two trackers fitted to two vehicles and the installer gave me the serial number for each tracker installed in each vehicle as he finished installing them. However, somehow during the registration process the wrong tracker was registered against both vehicles which I only discovered when I drove one vehicle and tracker informed me that I was driving the other one. Upon contacting customer services I was fortunate enough to to end up speaking to a lovely lady called Angel. Angel had a lovely cheerful personality and could not have been more helpful. She understood the problems I was having and contacted the Tracker technical department who transferred the correct tracker serial number to the the correct vehicle. Problem solved. Well done Angel and if I end up having to contact Tracker again I will request that I speak to you.
