Step 1: Confirm Your Vehicle Has Been Stolen

Before reporting the theft, make sure your vehicle has not been:
  • Moved by another authorised driver
  • Recovered or removed by a finance company
  • Towed or relocated due to parking restrictions
  • Parked in a different location than expected
