TRACKER creates new head of marketing role

Stolen vehicle recovery (SVR) and fleet telematics expert, TRACKER, continues to invest in strengthening its market leading position, with the appointment of Keith Reed as Head of Marketing.

Bringing over 16 years in global marketing, specialising in customer retention, Keith will play a particularly key role in promoting TRACKER’s SVR and Fleet offerings to both the consumer and trade markets, with an emphasis on capitalising the strong TRACKER brand awareness, ensuring a positive customer experience and nurturing relationships with manufacturers and motor dealers to support them in maximising their aftersales opportunities.

Prior to joining TRACKER in this newly created role within the company, Keith was Consumer Marketing Director for Juniper Networks, leading a multi-channel and multi-national launch strategy for the mobile app market. He was also Principal Consultant for Infosys Consulting, providing specialist senior-level marketing strategy, ecommerce and customer experience planning.

In his new position at TRACKER, Keith will lead the overall marketing strategy, including bringing to market new products and services to widen its customer propositions. Stephen Doran, Managing Director for TRACKER, comments, “This appointment is part of our commitment to enhancing the value we deliver to all of our customers, whether its individual motorists, plant owners or fleet managers.  Keith’s marketing expertise and leadership skills, make him the perfect person to drive forward plans for a high profile advertising campaign to promote our consumer SVR solutions, but he will also be in partnership with the motor trade to better support them.
