Porsche has unveiled a price list for its eagerly-anticipated Macan 4x4 model, reports autoexpress.co.uk.
The manufacturer is aiming to drum up publicity for the vehicle ahead of its public debut at next month's LA motor show.
A version of the compact SUV was snapped zipping around Germany's Nurburgring race track with camouflage stickers covering the front and rear light clusters as well as the window extensions.
Although the all important power outputs are yet to be leaked, Porsche has released a series of pictures that confirm two six-cylinder engines will be fitted to the vehicles.
Carsguide.com.au says the regular Macan will benefit from a 3.0 litre unit, while the Macan Turbo sees its capacity upgraded to 3.6 litres.
Being slightly less powerful, the Macan will go on sale for a very respectable $52,000 (£32,000) with the Turbo listed at $75,000 (£46,500). This should leave plenty of room for adding upgrades to the cars, such as in-car entertainment and vehicle tracking software for monitoring its whereabouts.
Porsche could put an even cheaper Macan up for sale, as a petrol four-cylinder version of the car has also been rumoured. This is expected to be joined by a six-cylinder diesel model, which should complete the list of Macans hitting the market next year.
