Customer Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions
1. The scheme is only open to current Tracker customers.
2. There is only one reward for each new customer introduced.
3. Customers must purchase direct from Tracker, not through a reseller.
4. There is no limit to the number of referrals made.
5. Rewards are only valid if your referral is not someone we already know (ie a current or past customer or prospect).
6. In the event of referrals being received from different customers for the same business, the referral that came in first will get the reward.
7. Referred business must sign up to Tracker within 28 days of the referral in order to qualify.
8. The reward will be awarded to the referrer on full payment to Tracker by the customer.
9. We shall require your name, company name, telephone and email address for our records. We shall not give these details out to anybody else.
10. The customer referral scheme is available to UK residents only.
11. The customer referral scheme is not open to Tracker staff.
12. In the event of any disputes regarding any referrals the decision of Tracker is final.
