Vehicle
crime costs over £3 billion a year, not to mention the distress
and inconvenience caused. The government has set a national
target of reducing vehicle crime by 30% by 2004. TRACKER Network
is working in Partnership with the Home Office to reduce vehicle
crime.
Together,
our aim is to empower drivers and the wider community with
information about how to work together to bring vehicle crime
down and to have the means to take very real and practical
steps to prevent theft of and from vehicles.
