JOB TITLE:  Field Sales Executive
REPORTS TO:  GM – Strategic Partnerships
BUSINESS AREA: Sales & Marketing
ROLE:  An exciting opportunity has arisen to increase our Field Sales team, there are two vacancies:
  • One to cover Inner London
  • One to cover Outer London
Responsible for improving and growing TRACKER Dealer and Corporate base, while increasing upsell opportunities through all partnerships.
The role will be challenging and you are required to consistently improve performance and exceed new business sales targets, which will be rewarded with commission.
You will need to be able to sustain good working relationships and identifying prospects, customer needs coupled with ensuring good understanding of competitor markets in your territory and be confident and competent in all aspects of product and campaigns to increase the territories portfolio.

Purpose of Role

  • Implement and grow the TRACKER dealer and corporate base, by ensuring achievement of all sales targets through the purchase of unit’s volume within the given portfolio and increasing new business partnerships
  • Develop and train all existing dealers and corporations so that they continue to grow unit volume and subscriptions
  • Ensure regular contact and monthly review of portfolio in line with customer retention programme whilst identifying up sell opportunities
  • Identifying and gain new dealer contract to grow portfolio and new corporate customer in designated region

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the delivery of business targets
  • Provide regional updates and maintain pipeline and reporting as required by business
  • Attend the appropriate customer facing appointments to sustain good working customer relationships
  • Attend the appropriate number of new business customer facing appointments to grow portfolio in region
  • Maintain good understanding of competitor markets and communicate any developments to line manager
  • Liaise with the business to ensure that there is recognition of product enhancement requirements and of emerging market opportunities
  • Maintain effective relationships with partners and internal stakeholders and collaborate with other team members
  • Ensure we operate within the rules and regulations of group policy and all key risk and legal frameworks, and all necessary training requirements are strictly adhered to
  • Ability to fact find through open questioning to identify customer needs and follow the AIDCA process
  • Striving to exceed target and consistently improve performance to achieve targets
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and demonstrate good business knowledge to build relationship with customers to offer solutions and products
  • Ability to proactively work the region to ensure pipeline is sufficiently managed to extract new business targets
  • Be confident & competent in all aspects of product and campaigns
